If you change the sign of a point’s x -coordinate from positive to negative, how will the location of the point change?

If you add a negative to the x-coordinate of a point, then the point will move to another quadrant. Each quadrant contains coordinate points with different pairs of signs, such as: (+,+),(-,+),(-,-), and (+,-).
