The answer would be: b. biosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere

The biosphere is made by the ecological system so the plants should be biosphere. The carbon dioxide is taken by the plant from the air which was the atmosphere. The nutrient is taken by the plant from the soil which is the geosphere.
