Albert Fall is the secretary of the interior under the administration of President Warren Harding. Albert Fall was the first cabinet member got into jail. Fall convicted of accepting bribes by leasing the Navy petroluem reserve in California to nearby oil companys at a lower price without undergoing a bidding process. This scandal is very famous under Harding Administration called as Teapot Dome Scandal.
