The cumulative probability up to z = 0 (the mean) is 0.5000.
The cumulative probability up to z = 1.4 is 0.9192.
Therefore the proportion between the mean and z = 1.40 is:
0.9192 - 0.5000 = 0.4192.
the answer is: 0.4192 or 41.92%.
