The answer would be computed by this:
1 kilometer is 0.621 miles.
so plugging in our data, 463 km => 463 x 0.621 miles
In other words, 287.523 miles per minute
Therefore, 287.523 x 60 miles per hour
=> 17,251 m.p.h. would be the answer for this problem.
