The nurse should assure the client that the condition of her baby is normal. The fundus should be at xiphoid process of the sternum by 36 weeks and measurement of fundal height is use as tool for gauging fetal growth. Moreover, the nurse should remind the mother to take care of herself and should consult a doctor if she may experience sudden sharp abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding.
