The term should be aerobic respiration.

Aerobic respiration is how body usually use to generate energy for activities such as growth, repair, movement etc. In aerobic respiration, besides energy (Atp) is produced, other substances such as carbon dioxide or water is also produced.

Theres another type of respiration which is anaerobic respiration, it is similar to aerobic but just happens without oxygen. However, this process produces way less energy and it also creates oxygen debt. Examples of anaerobic respiration such as muscles when doing hard exercises.
