You multiply both parts of the equation by 1/2 which is the same is dividing by 2. So the answer is 5x + 9w

Even though you did not give any options, I can assume the answer is
5x + 9w
Ii got this by distributing the 1/2 to both the 10x and the 18w. To do so, just multiply both parts by 1/2 to get 5x + 9w
