25% is 1/4.

so 1/4 of 60 tables have two seats.
then 3/4 of 60 tables have 4 seats.

1/4 X 60 = 15
There are 15 tables with two seats. which is equal to 30 seats.

3/4 X 60 = 45
There are 45 tables with 4 seats. which is equal to 180

so altogether there are
180 + 30 = 210 seats.
