B.) y > 2/3x + 3 and y < -1/3x + 2
C.) y > 2/3x + 3 and y > -1/3x + 2
D.) y > 2/3x + 3 and y > -1/3x + 2

first line....solid line...means there is an equal sign in the problem....it has a y int of (0,2)....it has a slope of -1/3....and it is shaded below the line...the inequality for this line is : y < = - 1/3x + 2 <== this is one of them

2nd line...dashed line...means there is no equal sign....it has a y int of (0,3)...it has a slope of 2/3...and it is shaded above the line...so the inequality for this line is : y > 2/3x + 3 <== this is ur other inequality
