Let the width be x feet.

length = 2x + 3 feet

Perimeter = 2x + 2(2x + 3) = 128

6x + 6 = 128

6x = 122

x = 20 1/3

width = 20 1/3 Answer

Length = 2(20 1/3) + 3 = 43 2/3 feet Answer
