To divide exponents, you simply subtract the denominator's exponent from the numerator's with the same base. For r, we have (-3-2)=-5. Next, for s, we get 5-1=4, and for t we get (2-(-2))=4, getting our final answer to be

( s^(4) t^(4) )/( r^(5) )

Please note that r^(-5) can be written as 1/(r^5)
