xy=836

x=25+y
(25+y)(y)=836

y² + 25y - 836 = 0
(y-19)(y+44)=0

y=19 or ,-44
since they have to be positive we can discard negative 44
x-19=25
x=44

the 2 numbers are 19 and 44
