How to plot y= -1/3x + 5 on a graph?

HII So. 5 is positive and that is the y-intercept. therefore 5 has to be on the y axis where it says 5 not -5. It has to say 5. Then the -1/3x is the slope. Which is rise/run. Since this slope is negative we have to go down one point and go the the right 3 points. to go the opposite way u would go up one point and go left 3 points. I graphed it for u also.
