1. Perseus' grandfather tries to drown him
It was prophesied to Perseus' grandfather that his daughter's son would kill him. He was afraid of that happening, which is why he cast his own daughter and grandson in a casket into the water to drown, however, they were saved by a fisherman Dictys.
2. Perseus takes the eye of the gray woman
Perseus was given the task to kill Medusa. However, in order to do that, he first had to talk to three blind women who were all sharing one eye to see the world around them. Given that they didn't want to disclose Medusa's location to Perseus, he took their eye.
3. Perseus cuts off Medusa's head
As I already said, Perseus was tasked with killing the monstrous Medusa. He was aided by gods - given a weapon, flying shoes, a shield, a helmet, to protect him against Medusa's gaze which turns people to stone. He managed to cut off her head in the end, out of which Pegasus was born.
4. Perseus turns Atlas to stone
I believe you made a mistake here - Perseus never met a Paul (I'm not sure what he was addicted to either). However, he did meet king Atlas, who refused to give Perseus hospitality, which is why Perseus turned him to stone as an act of revenge.
5. Perseus rescues Andromeda
While on his way back home from killing Medusa, he came across Andromeda, who was tied naked to a rock and offered as a sacrifice to the monstrous snake, Cetus. After killing the serpent, he gained the right to marry Andromeda as his reward.
