What is the standard form of the equation of a circle given by x2 + y2 – 18x + 8y + 5 = 0?

x²-18x+81 + y²+8y+16 = -5+81+16=92
(x-9)² + (y+4)² = (2✓23)²

circle centered at (9,-4) with radius 2✓23
