x-35+x+83=180
2x+48=180
2x=132
x=66

Answer:

Angle 1 = 31 degree

Angle 2 = 149 degree

Explanation:

We have given that :

M of Angle 1 = x-35 and m of Angle 2 = x+83

Angle 1 and Angle 2 are linear pair

linear pair means the sum of angle is 180

⇒ Angle 1+ Angle 2 = 180

⇒ x-35 + x+83 = 180

⇒ 2x+48 =180

⇒ 2x= 132

⇒ x= 66

Now put the values of x in both the angle

Angle 1 = x-35 = 66-35 = 31 degree

Angle 2 = x+83 = 66+83 = 149 degree
