the area including cutout is 15*8=120
the area of cutout is 5*5=25
120-25=95 cm²

Hello There!
The top and bottom side are 8cm
You can see from the 'one line' on 5 sides that they are equal
15/3 = 5
Each of the sides are 5cm
Split the shape:
5 x 8 = 40
40 x 2 = 80
5 x 3 = 15
80 + 15 = 95
It is 95cm²
