The answer is: frère.

EXPLANATION: The question asks who is the son of your father, not inlcuding yourself. So that would be your brother, or in French: frère.

This question in english is: "He is my father's son but he is not me. Who is he?"
The answer would be "mon frère" which means "my brother".
