What strength training exercise is seen throughout the "stronger" dance?

I believe the strength training would be squats.
Squats are considered one of the best exercise for dancers because it train almost all functional muslces needed in the dancing moves simultaneously , allowing the dancers to develop strength in their abdominal, length, and back muscles.
