Hey! The main difference between a prokaryotic cell and a eukaryotic cell from your options would have to be that eukaryotic cells have a more complex cellular organization. The reason for that is because there isn't much that makes up a prokaryotic cell, whereas the eukaryotic cell is made up of much more components, such as, the nucleus, lysosomes, endoplasmic reticulum and the mitochondria.
