Playing video games is a good way to spend your free time because when we're boring we use it to pass our free time and we have fun playing it , they also help you with your eye and hand coordination, they also help your mind, but playing for so many ours can also affect your brain , but is most of the ways the video games are healthy for example when you're playing a sport o strategy you use your mind a lot and most of the cases they help you think faster.
