the answer is metaphor because it doesn't use like or as so you know its not a simile and its not an oxymoron cause there arent any words using the same letter nor personification where a non-living object is given life, so an example of idiom would be like ' its raining cats and dogs' so we know its definitely not that. Then irony comes by yet its not dramatic as if someone were to walk into a hurricane and say ' what nice weather we're having '.....soooo its got to be Metaphor
