When you solve an equation with a variable in it, you need to get it to be by itself.

First step:
-7p= -105
-3 -3

Second step:
Divide to get variable by itself.

-7/-7p= -105/-7

Third step:
p= 15

-7p=-105
P=-105/-7
P=15
