y = -5x - 5

Explanation:

to get the coefficient of the 'x' term (which is the slope) you take the difference of the y-values [5 - (-5)] divided by the difference of the x-values (-2 - 0)

so slope = 10/-2 or -5/1

to get the -5, this is the point at which the line intersects the y-axis; from looking at the graph you can see this is -5
