f(x) will be roughly U shaped with the vertex at the point (0,2).
g(x) will have it's vertex at the origin (0,0) and will be a narrower U shape.

Assuming that you want to list the transformations of g(x) and f(x);
9x² --> stretch factor of 9 from base function x²
3x²+2 --> stretch factor of 3, translation of 2 units upwards from base function
