Zeus is considering running a business. He likes the idea of taking on a partner to share in the upstart costs. What are the risks of a partnership?

The risk include only owning part of the bussiness , therefore not being able to control every aspect he might like to control. The partners would have to agree to most of what goes on. Also his partner could sell his half of the company either off to share holders to someone else.
