The answer is: Trunk Flexion

In order to do trunk flexion, you need to start from standing position and bend your body forward until you're able to touch the ground with your hand. In order to do this move, your joints that located behind your knee and your hips need to be flexible. Exercises on other options do not require the body to bend as much.
