The second equation

Hence the answer is x = -7

The last one

`\begin{gathered} 2x+3=-7 \\ subtract\text{ 3 from both sides } \\ 2x+3-3=-7-3 \\ 2x+0=-10 \\ 2x=-10 \\ x=(-10)/(2) \\ x=-5 \end{gathered}`

hence the answer is x = -5
