Discuss the relationship among quality, value and satisfaction and their roles for developing a long-term relationship with customers.

Clients want to get the best quality for the lowest cost. If the company produces a good quality product which is also low cost, and the client is satisfied with the product in general, the clients will become recurrent. The point is creating the best balance between low cost and high quality to reach client satisfaction.
