These are the conditions characteristic for a heart failure. The first priority action is pharmacological - depending on occurring symptoms, giving a patient ACE inhibitors, beta blockers, Angiotensin II receptor blockers, inotropes, or diuretics. Next is to put the patient on O2 inhalation, 'cardiac chair; positioning, ensure the patient rests and stays calm as much as possible.
