The strongest inter molecular force is HYDROGEN BONDING.
Hydrogen bonding refers to an electrostatic attraction between two polar groups that occur when a hydrogen atom is covalently bounded to an highly electronegative atom such as fluorine, nitrogen, oxygen, etc.
