Hello! And thank you for your question!

Distribute:

5b^3 x 4 + 5b^3 x - 9b^2

Simplify 5b^3 x 4:

20b^3 + 5b^3 x -9b^2

Take out the constants:

20b^3 + (5 x -9)b^3b^2

Simplify 5 x -9:

20b^3 - 45b^3b^2

Use Product Rule:

20b^3 - 45b^3+2

Simplify 3 + 2:

20b^3 - 45b^5

Final Answer:

20b³ - 45b⁵

Hi again :)

5b^3(4 - 9b^2)

Use the distributive property

=(5b^3)(4) + (5b^3)(-9b^2)

= 20b^3 - 45b^5

= -45b^5 + 20b^3

Have a nice day!
