Oh, it is not difficult
we have bx-3a=c
and bx=3a+c
+ Case 1: If b=0, we have Ox=3a+c or 0=3a+c
* If 3a+c=0 there are an infinite number of values of x
* If 3a+c≠0, there is no value of x
+ Case 2: If b≠0, we have a value of x: x=(3a+c):b
