I'll answer it as angles
So,
Angle a and angle b are complementary and the measure of angle b is 67, what is the measure of angle a?

Complementary angles sum up to 90 degrees
We are given
67 + a= 90
subtract 67 from both sides to isolate b
a= 23

Hope this helps :)
