Answer: Option 'A' is correct.,

Explanation:

Since we have given that

In the morning

In every 4 minutes, Number of pints of strawberries packed= 3

In every 1 minute, number of pints of strawberries packed =
(3)/(4)

In every 60 minutes, number of pint of strawberries packed =
(3)/(4)* 60=45

In the afternoon ,

In every 3 minutes, Number of pints of strawberries packed = 2

In every 1 minute, number of pints of strawberries packed =
\\(2)/(3)

In every 60 minutes, number of pints of strawberries packed =
\\(2)/(3)* 60=40

So, Difference between her morning and afternoon packing rates in pints per hour is given by

45-40=5\ pints/hr

Hence, Option 'A' is correct.
