So, the measure of angle 1 = 49

As shown there are two parallel lines

So, angle 3 and 49 are supplementary angles

So,


\begin{gathered} m\angle3+49=180 \\ m\angle3=180-49=131 \end{gathered}

As angle 1 = angle 49

So, the measure of angle 2 = the measure of angle 3 = 131

So, the answer will be:
