It's good to learn Spanish so you can say you're bilingual, and that will help you get jobs easier, since you're able to communicate in a 2nd language that a lot of people know. And you can listen in to people when they are talking Spanish and ease-drop which can be fun.

It is valuable to learn Spanish for many reasons. Firstly, you get transported into this very different culture! You learn new things about the world and how Spanish people live it. Secondly, you can communicate with more people around you, and farther away! If you wanted to talk to someone who works at your local Mexican restaurant- you could. If you wanted to take a trip to Mexico- you could communicate and have a better time there. You can also help people who need translators. There are several great reasons to learn Spanish.
