1. it says no more than 5 so that includes 5, so there are 5/8 probability

2.since this spinner stops on an even number (8) that means half are even and half are odd so 4/8, but you can reduce that to 1/2

3.since it says less than 3 there are only two so that ends up being 2/8 or 1/4 probability
