How does robespierre try to convince the audience to execute the king without a trial

Robespierre argued that executing without the trial was a fair thing to do and it is for the justice of the people that it should be done so. He argued that the punishment of the tyrant is not a legal matter and for him the king's trial would be against the will of the republic. Thus the trial would be considered an counter-revolutionary matter.
