What do u do to strengthen a muscles and upper arms to for boxing traning ??PLZ WRITE A RELEVANT ANSWER AND GIVE SOME ADVICE.

I do boxing a lot in my free time. As long as you are hitting something or someone and moving your arms and body you are gonna be gaining muscle. If you want to really get a work out try getting someone to box with you and you can spar with them. You might want to get a mouth guard first though. If you are serious about it you can get a personal trainer.
