We have to find the probability that a randomly selected student did not get an "A" score.

As the student can be male or female, we can calculate the probability as the quotient between the total number students that didn't get an A (or get a B or a C) and the the total number of students.

Then, we can calculate the probability as:

P(not\text{ }A)=(N-f_A)/(N)=(63-15)/(63)=(48)/(63)\approx0.762

Answer: the probability is 0.762.
