X=7
1- determine the defined rang=> log3(2x-5)=2,x>5/2
2-convert it into exponential form using (log'a'(x)=b is equal to x=a exponent b)=
2x-5=3 with exponet 2
3-evaluate = 2x-5=9
-> 2x=9+5
2x=14
X=7
Hope this helps!!
