Salutations!

finding the 56th term is same as find the nth term, but its a bit more easier than finding the nth term.

we'll be using a formula to find the fifth term.

a+(n-1)*d

a stands for the first term (the first number in a sequence)

d is the difference between the constants

n is the what will be finding

so instead of n, we will be plugging in the number 56.

a+(n-1)*d

23+(56-1)*-7

we will be solving the brackets first

23+55*-7

78-7

=71

the 56th term is 71

hope this helps!

have a great day!
