A dance school allows a maximum of 15 students per class. If 112 students sign up for dance class,how many classes does fhe school need to offer to accommodate all the students?

You'd really just have to divide 112 by 15 to find how many classes the school would need to offer, though you'd probably end up with a remainder, in which you'd have to add another class to accommodate all the students, not just all of them with some left over.

112 ÷ 15 = 7.466666666666667

Lol, as you can see, there is definitely a remainder, but the whole number is 7. So since you'd want to accommodate all the students, you'd probably have to go for 8

The school needs to offer 8 CLASSES to accommodate all the students.

112/15= 7.46 or 7.5
the school would need 7 and a half classes.
