I know I already asked a question but im dumb so yea.

You have a gift card worth $90. You want to bu several movies that cost $12 each. Write an inequality that represents the number of movies you can buy and still have at least $30 on the gift card?

Remove 30 for now (90-30) Then proceed to do (60/12) since each movie is 12$ that would leave you to have bought 5 movies with 30$ left over.
