The are of a rectangular can be calculated as:
area=width * length
We know that the area of the computer is 384 square inches.
We also know that the length of the monitor is six times the quantity of five less than half its width.So, we can write: length=6*(width/2-5)
So,
384=w+3w-30
414=4w
w=414/4=103.5 inches
