Title VII of the Civil Rights Act is monitored by the EEOC that is the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The Civil Rights Act is the one which forbids discrimination during the hiring process based on gender, color, race,religion or nationality. The Title VII though only applies to the employers who have at least 15 employees.
