I feel that the best way to solve is by using elimination method. This is what you do.....
3x - 2y = 15
4x - y = 20
Multiply the bottom equation with -2.
3x - 2y = 15
-8x + 2y = -40
Now add both equations.
-5x = -25
Divide.
x = 5
Now plug in your x-value into any one of the original equations.
3(5) - 2y = 15
15 - 2y = 15
Subtract 15 from both sides.
-2y = 0
Divide.
y = 0
So your solution is (5,0).
