Let the three integers be;

x,y,z

Such that when the three integers are added, the result is -3.

Integers are positive and negative numbers with zero inclusive.

\begin{gathered} x+y+z=-3 \\ \text{Let x=3,y=0,z=-6} \\ 3+0-6=-3 \end{gathered}

Thus, the three pairs that could give -3 is;

x=3,y=0,z=-6
